Official Review Process
SICET employs a structured, multi-stage review process to ensure the highest quality of published academic research. Authors can track the progress of their submission directly from their dashboard.
Workflow Stages
Abstract Submitted
The author completes the initial abstract upload. A unique submission code is generated.
Processing
The administrative committee reviews the abstract PDF, checking the topic, clarity, and basic suitability for the conference.
Waiting for Paper Submission
The abstract is verified. The full paper upload functionality is enabled, and authors can enter up to three author profiles.
Waiting for Approval
The full paper has been uploaded and payment is successfully verified. The administrative committee conducts the final review of the submitted paper.
Completed
The admin approves and finalizes the paper. The final paper is shared via email and made available for download in the user dashboard.
Alternative Outcomes
Declined
If a submission does not meet conference standards, it will be declined.
- Admin must provide a decline reason.
- The exact reason is displayed in the user dashboard.
Revision Required
The paper has potential but requires adjustments before final approval.
- Admin comments are displayed in the dashboard.
- Revised file upload functionality is enabled.
- Previous file versions are preserved.
