Final Publication Steps
Once a manuscript enters the final review stage following verified payment, it undergoes final administrative approval. Upon acceptance, the publication process begins.
Post-Acceptance Process
- Final Approval: The administrative committee formally approves the final paper.
- Branding: SICET may add an official cover page or specific branding watermarks to the document. Note: The academic content of your research will remain entirely unchanged.
- Email Delivery: The finalized, branded paper is sent directly to the registered primary email address.
- Dashboard Access: Authors can also securely access and download the finalized paper directly from their user dashboard.
Dashboard Status Update
Upon successful publication, the dashboard status for the submission will display: "Your final paper was shared by email."
Important Disclaimers
- Submission does not guarantee acceptance. All papers are subject to rigorous review.
- Payment does not guarantee acceptance. Registration fees cover processing and administrative costs, not guaranteed publication.
- SICET must not claim IEEE, Scopus, Web of Science, DOI, ISBN, or other specific academic indexing unless officially approved, partnered, and explicitly configured for the current conference track.
