Full Paper Upload
Eligibility to Upload
You can only upload a full paper after your abstract has been reviewed and verified by the administration. Your submission status must be Waiting for Paper Submission.
Author Information
During the full paper upload process, you must finalize the list of authors who contributed to the research.
- A maximum of three authors is permitted per paper.
- Author 1 is mandatory and is typically the primary researcher.
- Author 2 and Author 3 are optional.
For every added author, you must provide:
- Full Name
- Department
- Valid Email Address
- Institution Name
Paper Details & PDF Requirements
You will need to confirm the final paper title, keywords, domain, and category. The uploaded document must meet the following criteria:
- Format: PDF only. No DOCX or ZIP files.
- Size: Maximum 10 MB.
- Length: Recommended 5 to 8 pages.
- Language: English only.
- Originality: Must be original work. All references must be properly cited.
- Quality: Clear figures and tables. No password protection.
Recommended Paper Structure
- Title: Clear and aligned with the abstract.
- Author Details: Names and affiliations of all authors.
- Abstract: Summary of the paper.
- Keywords: 4-6 indexing keywords.
- Introduction: Background and objectives.
- Literature Review: Or Related Work analysis.
- Methodology: Approach and implementation details.
- Results and Discussion: Empirical findings and analysis.
- Conclusion: Final thoughts and future scope.
- References: Complete list of cited works.
After Upload
After successfully uploading your full paper, you will be redirected to the payment page to complete the conference registration fee. Once your payment is verified, your submission status will become Waiting for Approval, and the administrative committee will begin the final review of your manuscript.
