Registration & Fees
When is payment required?
- ✅ Abstract submission is completely free. No payment is collected before abstract verification.
- ⏳ Payment is required only after your full paper is successfully uploaded to the platform.
- ⚠️ The Waiting for Approval stage begins only after payment is verified.
Payment Methods
SICET utilizes the highly secure Razorpay payment gateway to process all conference registration fees. Supported payment options include:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Debit Card & Credit Card
- Net Banking
- Digital Wallets (when available via Razorpay)
Note: We do not show or accept unofficial bank transfers or personal payment information outside of the integrated Razorpay gateway.
Payment Processing Details
- Server-Side Verification: All transactions are verified securely on our servers to prevent fraud.
- Payment Receipt: Upon successful transaction, a confirmation receipt will be generated and associated with your submission.
- Failed Payment Retry: If a transaction fails, you may retry safely from your dashboard.
- Duplicate Payment Prevention: Our system actively checks transaction IDs to prevent accidental double-charging.
